Minister Tony Phillips is a leader at The Shepherd’s House International (TSHICC) who is gifted in propelling others to awaken and develop their inner leader. Driven by his conviction to give back to the community, he is widely known at TSHICC for his 14-year partnership with the Harbor Light Center of Washington, D.C., a Salvation Army drug and rehab center; where he diligently ministered the Word of God and impacted the residents through life-changing messages and self-empowerment workshops.

In addition, Minister Tony embodies a passion for education and self-achievement.  He co-hosts the annual Unleash Your Earning Potential Conference designed to launch entrepreneurs and working professionals to reach their next level of influence and accomplishments. 

His personal mantra is that the world would know him not only as a servant to God, but a servant to man.  Accordingly, he serves in multiple ministries with a spirit of excellence and has a determination to lead by example.  He is looked upon at TSHICC as the man who will help you “write and implement your plan.”

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.  His career within the Department of Defense spans over 33 years and consists of numerous recognitions and awards.  He is listed amongst the United States Who’s Who of Future Leaders and has been nominated for the United States Presidential Award.

He loves listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with his wife of 26 years and their two children.
