Malissa Matthews

Malissa Matthews serves with her husband, Senior Pastor R. Kevin Matthews of The Shepherd’s House International Christian Church (TSHICC). One of Malissa’s greatest honors is to share and demonstrate the love story of Jesus Christ which is a calling she joyfully embraces. She was born and raised in Maryland to a loving Native American family whom she gives major credit for her upbringing and spiritual foundation. She is the eighth child of nine. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior as a young adult. Malissa served under the tutelage of two of the most anointed and influential people in America, Bishop TD and Serita Jakes.
Minister Jarmone Davis

Minister Jarmone Davis is the youth pastor at The Shepherd’s House (TSHICC) who serves with an extraordinary passion for music, youth and young adults. He is an award-winning producer/songwriter, a worship leader, and speaker dedicated to helping others discover and fulfill their purpose. His work within the music industry and with youth began over 15 years ago. His ministry has radically impacted countless lives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Howard University. Indicative of his future as a music writer and producer, he is a recipient of the Trailblazers of Gospel Award for writing Bishop Marvin Sapp’s chart-topping hit entitled, Yes You Can.
Minister Leo Jacobs

Minister Leo Jacobs is a leader at The Shepherd’s House International with an earnest hunger to see the hurting, lost, and discouraged completely restored through salvation, healing, and deliverance. As a retired Army Veteran, he utilized his career in the United States military to share the Gospel in many countries including: Korea, Japan, Germany, Italy, Kuwait, Holland, France and Belgium. In addition to winning the lost, his focus in ministry is to help believers understand their true identity and worth in Christ and to live full of faith and empty of fear.
Minister Tony Phillips

Minister Tony Phillips is a leader at The Shepherd’s House International (TSHICC) who is gifted in propelling others to awaken and develop their inner leader. Driven by his conviction to give back to the community, he is widely known at TSHICC for his 14-year partnership with the Harbor Light Center of Washington, D.C., a Salvation Army drug and rehab center. His career within the Department of Defense spans over 33 years and consists of numerous recognitions and awards. He is listed amongst the United States Who’s Who of Future Leaders and has been nominated for the United States Presidential Award.

Minister Shuwanda Knight Williams is a leader at The Shepherd’s House International (TSHICC) who strives to see individuals prosper in every area of life. She is devoted to serving the Lord and His people with authenticity and sincerity of heart. She also pioneers as a business owner, mentor, and orator committed to utilizing her skills and ambitions to advance the Kingdom of God. She is a cutting edge leader who has spearheaded national women’s conferences and seminars. She is a sought-after speaker on stewardship, intercessory prayer, and prophetic teaching.
